Yoga in Bloom - nourishing yoga for women over 40

Are you ready to feel more like yourself again?

I'm Suzy, I love to create beautiful yoga spaces for women over 40 that acknowledge the physical, spiritual, mental and emotional changes experienced in the journey though peri-menopause and menopause.

I called my business Yoga in Bloom because I want to invite you to give yourself the space and time that you need to bloom and flourish during this time of change.

Yoga and meditation combined with practical philosophy and current research can help you to maintain strength, balance and flexibility for a calmer mind and a happier body.

Yoga in Bloom classes include easeful movement, stretching, massage, gentle strengthening, breathing and conscious resting.

  • Experience a boutique personalised class where the teacher remembers your name.
  • Feel welcomed into a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
  • Experience that all bodies, life stages and abilities are welcomed and cared for.
  • Be guided to find your authentic yoga - no dogma, no weirdness.
  • Feel comfortable wearing any clothing that allows you to relax and move.
  • Know that beautiful luxe equipment - including mats - is all provided for you.
  • Enjoy time with a compassionate and mature teacher who understands and listens.
  • Be part of a community who you can relate to.
  • Explore what works for you, in an understanding and encouraging safe space.

This yoga style is not bendy, sweaty or competitive yoga and you won't get left behind or forced into weird positions or painful postures!
